Complete Pay fosters trust and accountability between contractors and homeowners. Together with their partners, they act as an independent, unbiased third party, helping to facilitate payment, escrow and dispute resolution.
When it comes to remodeling a home, a lack of trust often exists between homeowners and contractors. Complete Pay recognised a need to facilitate repair and remodel payments in a simple and seamless UX.
It’s common for misunderstandings and disagreements to arise between homeowners and contractors. Complete Pay approached Blott Studio to assist them in creating a platform that could facilitate the payment schedules between homeowners and contractors, as a way to minimise these grievances by fostering better relationships through this new technology.
Complete Pay’s customer-centric approach meant they valued Blott Studio’s emphasis on the customer experience throughout the design and development processes of their application. The Blott Studio team spent countless hours offering strategy support, conducting research and processing multiple iterations to formulate a high-end product.
Customer relationship management was naturally a high-priority for Complete Pay, but rather than rely on a market-ready CRM system that would not completely meet their needs, Complete Pay enlisted Blott Studio to build a personalised CRM solution.
Creating a website for Complete Pay flowed effortlessly from the application development. The aim herewith was to create a clean and simple online platform that could align to the payment system that had already been established. Again, the focus was on the consumer journey and we wanted to ensure that this remained the key consideration throughout the web development process.
While the key functionalities across the app- and web-based platforms have since launched, the working relationship between Complete Pay and Blott Studio continues as we aim to provide further support and the roll-out of additional features.
