The process is simple: let’s first have a chat to determine what your expectations and needs are, we call this “discovery” (but don’t feel you have to get hung up on our office jargon). We’ll then work with you to determine the scope of the project and which of our services will best serve your goals (this one’s called “exploration”).

From here it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3... 1. We share a project quote, 2. We prepare a statement of work for you to sign off on, and 3. We get cracking on your project!

This is entirely dependent on the scope and size of the project, though we do have a minimum engagement fee of $10,000. Our guarantee is that we will consistently provide a high standard of work across our range of services, and this is the minimum figure that ensures that world-class service. Don’t fret if you have a smaller project in-mind, though! Simply reach out to us and we’ll let you know if we can help out.

Our billing structures are customised to the client and range across a number of service offerings, including: fixed project fees, hourly rates, monthly retainers and yearly retainers (for research, design, development and product management).

The world of Fintech, and fintech start-ups, is where our talented team truly shines! We live and breathe Fintech. With that said, we have also met some incredible people and partnered with awesome businesses in the realms of technology SMEs, corporations, SaaS and funded start-ups. We’ve touched on the “discovery” and “exploration” phases above; essentially, we first discuss your vision and the type of support you need from us. Once we’ve doodled the idea, we can then make recommendations to you of how to achieve those goals. All of this information is then provided to you along with a breakdown of our budget estimation, project timeline and goals, and other information. (Our doodling is elementary at best, so we’ll send you a digital copy.)
