We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Product Manager who possesses a deep understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall business strategy and revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define product roadmaps, outlining key features, milestones, and release plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- User-Centric Design:
- Champion a user-centric design approach, ensuring that products are developed with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to inform product improvements and iterations.
- Product Development Lifecycle:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Employ agile and scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative product development.
- Write clear and concise technical requirements to guide development teams.
- Prioritisation & Roadmapping:
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on their potential impact on business objectives and user needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, communicating plans and progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Communication:
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment within product teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenges and achieve consensus.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilise data analysis and performance metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for product optimisation and improvement based on data insights.
Required technical and professional expertise
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role leading product strategy and development.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that have achieved significant business impact.
It’s helpful if you also have
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional product teams.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design best practices to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Appreciation for client work and/or consulting
- Ability to navigate challenges and achieve consensus through effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
